By engaging the services of Auto Tech Mechanical Services Limited, you agree to the following terms:

1. Quality and Honesty

We take pride in delivering high quality workmanship with attention to detail.

As an independent one person workshop, you communicate directly with the mechanic, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the service.

2. Service Liability

2.1 Authorisation

Repairs—including cam belts, brakes, suspension, and other mechanical work—are carried out only after:

• An initial diagnosis
• Your explicit approval

2.2 Limitations

We are not liable for:

• Damage caused by unauthorised third party repairs
• Issues arising from non standard or customer supplied accessories or parts

3. Payment Terms

3.1 General

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior arrangement has been made.

3.2 WINZ Quotes

We provide Work and Income New Zealand quotes.

Work will only begin once WINZ approval is confirmed.

4. Compliance With Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
